Parties and scope
These terms govern bookings made with Pixelora, a web design training studio, by an individual student or by a business booking on behalf of its staff. They cover courses, one-to-one mentoring, portfolio reviews and corporate training days advertised on this site.
Booking and quotes
Course and session prices shown are starting prices and are confirmed at the time of booking. Corporate training is quoted after a scoping call and the quote is valid for the period stated in the email confirming it. A booking is only confirmed once we send written confirmation of the date and price.
Attendance and access
Students are responsible for attending sessions on time and bringing any required equipment such as a laptop. For on-site corporate training, the client is responsible for providing a suitable room, a screen or projector, and access for the trainer at the agreed time.
Prices, payment after completion and invoices
Individual course and session fees are payable at or before the first session, by cash or bank transfer. Corporate training is invoiced to the business after the scoping call, with payment due on the terms stated on the invoice. No card payments or payment links are used for any booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled under the separate cancellation policy referenced on this site. We reserve the right to reschedule a course if minimum numbers are not met, in which case students are offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Liability, insurance and complaints
We take reasonable care in preparing and delivering all training but do not guarantee specific employment or income outcomes from completing a course. Complaints about a session should be raised within 7 days so we can review and, where appropriate, offer a further session or partial refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
