Cancellation window
Cancel by phone or email up to 24 hours before the agreed start and you pay nothing. Later cancellations may be charged for materials already bought for your session, as stated in the quote.
Rescheduling
You can move your session date at no cost. We offer the next open slot within one business day.
When you're owed a refund
A full refund is due when we cancel, when we can't deliver the agreed course content, or when the result doesn't match the quote and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the start
- Deposit is kept if cancelled within 24 hours of the start
- No refund for missed sessions once a course has started
- Full refund if we cancel or reschedule the course
How to ask for a refund

- We confirm the cancellation and check the applicable refund rule
- The refund, if due, is sent back by bank transfer
