How prices are set
Course and one-to-one prices are fixed at booking. Corporate training day prices are confirmed by quote after the scoping call, based on group size and content requested.

We take cash on completion and bank transfer against invoice. No card details are collected on this site.

Invoicing
Individual bookings can be paid in cash on the day or by bank transfer before the course starts. Corporate bookings are invoiced to the company after the scoping call is confirmed, with payment due before or on the training day as agreed.
Deposits and materials
A deposit of 30 percent is requested to secure a place on courses with limited spaces; the balance is due before the first session.
Late payment
Invoices not paid within the agreed term may incur a reminder and a fixed late fee stated on the invoice.
